When am I Eligible to Enroll?
Team members who consistently work 30 hours or more per week and whose hire date or job status change to FT is on or before May 2, 2021, are eligible to enroll in Voluntary Benefits for the 2021 Plan Year.
How Do I Enroll?
This year’s Open Enrollment will be conducted via Call Center Only. Appointments are not required, but to avoid delay, please visit LINK to schedule an appointment date and time that works best for you. Or you may call the Call Center directly during open enrollment: 877-231-8423 (Weekdays 9:00 am EST to 6:00 pm EST; Wednesday’s 11:00 am EST to 8:00 pm EST).
